13 | Morning and Night Routines Reduce Stress, Improve Mental Health, and Set You Up For Success

In this episode, we're talking all things routines and how to set ourselves up for success by getting the little things right. I'll walk you through the play by play of the morning & night time routines I've created for myself throughout the last few years. These routines are backed by both science and psychology and help me to show up as the best version of myself each day. When my mental health was in a really shitty place, I had very little structure and discipline in my life. Creating healthy routines for myself played a huge role in pulling me out of the dark hole I had climbed into.
